  • Reviewing your application for errors, omissions, and consistency.
  • Submitting the application on your behalf to the relevant processing centers.
  • Providing you with status updates and delivering the final document upon approval.

B. Our Disclaimer We do not grant or issue any visas or travel documents.

The final decision on all applications (approval or denial) rests solely with the designated national processing centers or consular posts of the destination country. We make no guarantee of a successful outcome.

User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information for your application.
  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended travel dates.
  • Carefully review all information you provide for accuracy before submitting it. You are solely responsible for the correctness of your data.
  • Apply with sufficient time for your application to be processed before your travel date. We are not responsible for delays caused by last-minute applications.

Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with our Service. Our total fee is comprised of two parts:

  1. Our Service Fee: This is the fee for our assistance, review, and submission service.
  2. Application Fees: These are the mandatory, non-refundable fees charged by the issuing body for your specific visa.

All fees are due in full at the time of application. By making a payment, you authorize us to process your application and pay the required application fees on your behalf.

Refund Policy

Our service fees are non-refundable once our service has commenced (i.e., your application has been reviewed and submitted to the processing center).

The application fees paid to the issuing bodies are non-refundable, regardless of whether your application is approved or denied.

If you wish to cancel your application before we have submitted it, any potential refund will be at our sole discretion.

CRITICAL: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustViss (including our directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for:

  • Any denial or rejection of your visa application.
  • Any delays in processing times by the issuing bodies.
  • Any errors, omissions, or false information provided by you on your application.
  • Any consequential losses you may incur as a result of a visa denial or delay. This includes, but is not limited to, non-refundable flights, hotels, tours, or other travel arrangements.
  • Any failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., processing center outages, new travel restrictions, natural disasters).

In any event, our total liability to you for any and all claims shall be limited to the amount of the service fee you paid to us for the Service.

Processing Times

Any processing times displayed on our Site (e.g., “24 hours,” “3 days”) are estimates only based on typical timeframes. These are not guarantees.

Processing times are set by the issuing bodies and can change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any delays. We strongly advise applying well in advance of your trip.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of TrustViss and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
